Considering the dates of commissioning of the last 45 cm boats can conclude that
no more boats were built with this size of tubes and torpedoes after 1926.
The last boat, equipped with 45 cm tubes, left the service in 1945 (Hr.Ms. K XI)

After the period 1926 you got the 21 "tubes but the Dutch always made something up
to be able to shoot the 18" torpedoes into 21 "tubes.
There was an insert for the 53 cm launcher tubes, so that these tubes could also be
launched with 45 cm torpedoes. The intention was to use the old 45 cm torpedoes
only for exercise. These only occurred on the K XIV and K XV. MVG G.

Dutchsubmarines writes in section Boats class K XIV that the boats (KI XIV to K
XVIII) had the type IV45 torpedoes in WWII
