List of things to QC

- print the audit application and audit service agreement form and place it at the
back of the file with 'sign here' tab
- All names are written correct according to organization chart
- Designation are added into the RM team chart
- All designation to be checked and DOUBLE CHECKED to be written correctly
- Briefing for risk mgt procedure consists only of RM team members
- Prints are proper with no misalignment or bad printing
- Additional 'sign here' tab to be used on trainer row for training attendance
- Document numbering to tally with the master document list
- Print 2 sets of pages that needs to be signed
- For individual document that have been edited and confirmed done, please change
the file name accordingly to end with the company's name. Files without the
company's name will be considered UNDONE.
