Take timely decisions, own it and stay confident irrespective of the outcome.

Appreciate everyone who enabled your growth directly or indirectly. Appreciate what you have.

Risk - take risks after analysing and involving the one who has a role to play, assume best but be
prepared to deal with the worst.

Excellence - preparation is key. Stay curious , keep learning and contributing beyond your job.
