Physical Wellness

 Get regular and ample sleep.


 Avoid drinking alcohol.
 Exercise 2-3 days a week, 10-20 minutes per session
 Listen to my physique and take some time to relax.

Nutritional Wellness

 Eat breakfast for it is the day's most meaningful meal.


 Moderate use of sugar, salt, fat and alcohol.
 Drink water with the average of 8 glasses a day.
 Lessen the junk foods intake.

Mental Wellness

 take a moment to appreciate my current progress


 Accept that failure is a part of life and use your mistakes and shortcomings as opportunities to
improve.
 Take Care of my Body and appreciate my uniqueness.

Spiritual Wellness

 Strengthen my existing good relationship to God


 take five to 10 minutes to meditate each day
 refocusing my mind to a happy, healthy place and full of positive vibes.
 Express what is on my mind by writing down my thoughts to think clearer and move forward.
 Spend more time on understanding myself and my goal in life.

Emotional Wellness

 Linger on the positive things, not the negative ones.


 Find ways to relieve my stress reliably
 Take time for myself every so often
 Take responsibility for both the successes and the mistakes that I make.
 Try to be more understanding of others and their situations
 Don’t keep relationships that get me down.
 Only do what makes me truly happy.

Intellectual Wellness

 Instead of sitting down and watching television at the end of the day, opt for a good book to
broaden my knowledge instead.
 Improve my skills in playing guitar
 Improve my time management skills
Financial Wellness

 Make a budget and live by it.


 Save money for some things needed in college

Environmental Wellness

 Reduce my consumption of resources like electricity, water and materials to help save the
planet and save money too
 Spend time outdoors to enjoy the environment and boost my vitamin D at the same time.
 Volunteer with environmental organizations and events if there will be.
 Give my best in implementing the reduce, reuse, and recycle of materials.
