HOLD – CREATE MEMBER PORTAL

1. Go to:   https://holdinfosystem.com

2. Click:     member portal

3. Click:     https://www.couplesforchristglobal.org/profile.aspx
4. Click Create an account if you are a first time user

5. Put your HIM# (which I will be providing) in the Member ID field, your email
address and click Create
6. Your account will be created

7. Check your email. You will receive an email giving you your password. Click on the link
in the email and log in using your password.
8. Once logged in, go to Edit Account to set your username so that you don’t have to put in
your HIM # when logging in the next time.
9. In the Edit Account, enter your preferred username, which you can easily remember.
Then click on Save Changes.
10. Click on Change Password to change your password to something that you can easily
remember
11. Enter your current password (which is in your email), your new password in both the
New Password and Confirm Password fields. Then Click Save changes
12. You will see a Success message

13. Next, Go to Member Profile

14. Click on Edit Information

15. Enter your information in the numbered items shown below and Save your changes.
16. Log out

17. The next time you log in, you can now use your new username and password instead of
the Member ID.
