The company needs to set up a network for exchanging files, collaborative development,

uploading and testing websites on the local web server, and connecting to the internet. Being a
new company, the type of network I can implement, which is cost effective and suitable as per
requirement are as follow:-

LAN - local area network (LAN) is a collection of devices connected together in one physical
location, such as a building, office, or home. A LAN can be small or large, ranging from a home
network with one user to an enterprise network with thousands of users and devices in an office
or school. This network is cost-effective and it is also suitable for as per the requirements like a
network for exchanging files, collaborative development, uploading and testing websites on the
local web server, connecting to the internet.

There are many components that allow people to connect to the internal servers, and these are
made up of switches, routers, and cables that will connect everyone together. A local area
network can transfer business data far more quickly than an office telephone line can, but there is
a limit to the number of computers that can be supported. There is also a limit to the distance in
which data can be transferred. With the help of telephone lines, local area networks can also
connect to other local area networks, and this can be done with radio, satellite, and telephone
lines.

LAN can work for as many users as you would like. So, if I set up a new company have a
business packed with one hundred staff members, they can all share the same connection. It
suitable for that. With the LAN I have also set up the antivirus securities for the safety of data.

Business development:-

after the business developed healthy way, set up the WAN connection This is what is called a
wide-area network or WAN. The biggest WAN in the world is the internet, as it connects
everyone everywhere as long as an internet connection is available. The most significant
difference between a LAN and a WAN is that the LAN uses wires and cables that can be a
considerable issue and get in the way. A WAN does all the same things as a LAN, but without
any of the wires to worry about. Therefore, this is helpful for healthy and more and more growth
as well as safety of data.
