Dear Parents,

University is locked down as per the orders of the Govt. of India and the Govt. of Rajasthan due to
Covid-19. Consequently, JECRC University has undertaken an initiative to conduct online classes for
the students.

This initiative has following advantages

1. Your ward is at home and studying in your presence.

2. His/her academic activities are compensated to a great extent in a best possible manner.
3. Your ward gets attendance for the classes he/she attends and the same is reflected in
ERP.
4. As per University rules, 75% attendance is mandatory, and you should see that your ward
attends all classes and does not default on this count, which is mandatory.
5. We are taking online classes so that the semester is not delayed and placement process
remains intact.
6. 85% of students are attending their classes seriously.

In case your ward is not attending online classes, you are requested to advise him/her to join the
online classes and take advantage of it.
