drawal of lot.
8) Unsuccessful applicants can get their Initial deposit fully.
9) If selected applicant withdrawn their allotment, 0.5% of the total amount paid (or)
Rs.10,000/-, whichever is higher will be forfeited and the balance amount will be refunded to
the allottee.
10) Applicant should belong to Tamilnadu and should be 21 years of age at the time of
submission of application.
11) The Nativity cerficate and Income certificate should be produced along with filledup
application.

Sales from 27.01.2020 to 20.02.2020 (Between 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.) on all working days. The
last date for registration 20.02.2020 up to 5.45 P.M.
