 Characteristic of good leader

Based on Andirais Anshorulloh, there are three point of characteristics

of a good leader. First, to be a good leader. You must support all members as

motivating and also protect them. Second, a good leader must be a giver of

influence, because we must gather all our members to be better and also we

train everyone including ourselves as leaders where when we are involved in

the world of work, we are accustomed to work and under pressure. Third,

when we become a leader, we must be listeners. A good leader is not only a

perfect influence but also must be a good listener because no one is perfect,

even a leader must have mistakes. Therefore, a leader must listen to every

opinion given by others.

According to Feris Iffat, a good leader must be responsible and can

direct its members. A leader will not leave the task that has been given to him

and is able to direct its members clearly and in detail.

 Idol

Andi Raiz Nasrullah said he does not have any specific idol. For him,

every people have they own characteristic. He learn from knowing basic

about people needed. From doing long conversation make him relies every

people have they own way to manage their life. As a leader, we must always

aim for organization’s success. We also have to make ourselves proud of

our efforts and responsibilities those have done perfectly. Based on Andy,
an awesome leader has to be an example to all the members in organization

such as his idol who always make people in Malaysia adore at him as he still

can manage a country although he is old, even others who are younger than

him cannot handle a country.

Ferris Iffat said that his idol is Syed Saddiq. Syed Saddiq bin Syed

Abdul Rahman is a Malaysian politician and activist. He was the Minister of

Youth and Sports from 2018 to 2020. He is the Member of Parliament (MP)

of Muar and the Youth Chief of the Malaysian United Indigenous

Party or Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU), which was component

party of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition till 24 February 2020. Syed Saddiq is

a young man who became a parliament in Malaysia. For him, Syed Siddiq is a

the best idol that can motivate that even at a young age, we can be leaders
