E-ADMIT CARD FOR DECEMBER,2020 COMPANY

SECRETARIES EXAMINATIONS

Please note that the E-Admit Cards of eligible students for appearing in
December,2020 Session of CS Executive & Professional Programmes
Examinations scheduled to be held during 21st December,2020 to 30th
December,2020 have been uploaded on the website of the Institute.

Please note that the Admit Cards will NOT be sent in physical form (by
post).

May please note that Self-Declaration by the candidates regarding health

status is required to be downloaded along with the Admit Card. Candidates
are required to take the print out of the “Self-Declaration Form” annexed with
Admit Card and fill the same carefully. The signed copy of the “Self-
Declaration Form” is compulsorily required to be submitted by the
candidates to the Superintendent of Examination Centre on the first day of
Examination.

Please download the Admit Card immediately to avoid any last minute
inconvenience. After taking the printout of the Admit Card, students are
advised to carefully verify all the particulars mentioned therein i.e. Name,
Photograph, Signature, Registration Number, Stage of Examination,
Examination Centre (Name, Address, Code, etc.), Medium & Module of
Examination, Dates and Timings of Examination, Details of Paper-wise
Exemption granted, Instructions to Examinees, etc.
