Rectifiers not starting
Rectifier modules has been replaced
immediately with new ones.

After analyzing the fault, it was observed that,
Due to heavy power fluctuation at input mains,
the intensity of surge, developed was beyond
the specified limit of class-B, SPD hence
rectifier modules gone faulty.

Manufacturer has provided check list for
maintenance of site condition parameters like
class B, SPD connections, input voltage and
proper earthing arrangement.
The case has been attended by manufacturer
and satisfactory report is issued by
complainant. Since manufacturer has
provided check list for better maintenance of
site to avoid the recurrence of fault in future
therefore case may be closed.
Due to nonfunctioning of class- B, SPD,
rectifier modules were damage (Because of
mains voltage fluctuation) Rectifier modules
have been replaced immediately with new
ones. Manufacturer has provided a detailed
check list for maintenance of power plant to
avoid the recurrence of fault in future
therefore case is recommended for closer
