• I spend between 4 to 5 hours in front of a screen
• Much of my time is spent on YouTube listening to music, watching
videos about programming or computing, and if I get bored, I go to
watch videos about trivia or comedy. I spend the other part of my
time on Facebook and Instagram and playing on my cell phone

• Most of the time from 8 in the morning to 9 or 10 at night

• I dedicate myself to reviewing messages, to playing for an hour and I
leave my cell phone and the rest of the time in front of the computer
doing work, sometimes I watch videos or to be in online classes.

• On average about fifteen hours, since my job consists of handling two

electronic devices, I am a cashier.
• I just work, checking the bank's platform, some WhatsApp messages
and when I'm free, I read some world news.

• During the week it is usually 6 to 8 hours, and weekends less than 6

hours
• In my online time I use it for online video games and for YouTube
videos
General:
• Most of us spend at least 5 hours in front of the screen and use
different entertainment or learning platforms
Most adolescents find a lot of information in digital, either for entertainment or
information, but I would say that we adapt well to real situations because of the
information world in which we live, this time, we do not face problems alone. Full
socialization is more and more imminent and self-learning is a better alternative to
college.
