OBJECTIVE: This aims to provide all HLURB technical staff a uniform procedure in the evaluation and processing of applications for Certificate of Registration and License to Sell (CR/LS) of all subdivision projects: including residential, commercial, farm lot, and industrial subdivisions; all condominium projects: including residential and commercial condominiums; and any other similar projects, including cemeteries, memorial parks and columbaria.
