Summary

Allergies have become more frequent the last 30 years. First reason for the occurrence of allergies is
being born with many allergy antibodies. Also is when the immune system decides that a substance
is harmful leading to formation of an allergy antibody. In addition due to use of antibiotics which has
led to spare energy being directed to harmless substances. Another is due to consumption of
processed foods which have additives and colouring. Moreover is the use of central heating and
double glazing which has made homes perfect for dust mite.
