Dear Ma’dam:

We write on behalf of our client, ______________________, owner of


_________________________, who is engaged in the selling of natural darkening
shampoo.

You entered into a _____________________________________ with her


on _________The Agreement is attached to this letter as Annex “A”.

Initially, you were faithfully complying with your responsibilities under the
said agreement. Recently, however, there were serious breach of responsibilities
committed on your part, they are the following:

1. You failed to deliver several parcels without giving any notice and
explanation for such failure and
2. You failed to return undelivered parcels.

Both commissions constitute a violation under paragraph 7 of the Couriers


Responsibilities of the Shipping Service Agreement.

The estimated cost of the undelivered items is around Three Hundred


Thousand Pesos (Php300,000).

On behalf of our client, we demand that you return all the undelivered
items or pay the corresponding amount of said items within Five (5) days from
receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will institute the necessary action, civil or
criminal or both, to enforce compliance on your part.
