NIKE, is a name that refers to the Greek goddess of Victory, which is represented

as a young woman with wings, corresponding to a great speed.

The logo was created in 1972 and it was based on the wings of the Greek goddess
which means movement and speed in the middle of the pimp had written the name
of NIKE, in 1978 the logo was made the first modification, which was to move the
name of NIKE to the top of the pimp, the last modification was done in the XXI
century removing the name of NIKE leaving only the pimp, this was done because
the company is well known around the world and people recognize it by looking
only at the pimp and everyone knows that NIKE is a world leading company in
sports products.

I think it is one of the most important and recognized logos around the world, I think
its success is because it is quite simple and unique.
