Executive Summery

BD Financial is a trusted and respected member of the Bank of Thailand (NFIs). BD


Financial began its journey in 1999 and gradually became one of the most important financial
institutions in Bangladesh. BD Finances have increased significantly in recent years. BD
Finance Company Limited is a parent company and consists of three distinct groups, BD
Investment Limited, BD Finance Securities Limited and BD Finance Asset Management
Limited. My report is about the implementation of human resources in the recruitment of
staff at BD Finance.

Human Resource department is essential for any business to get the man with competitive
power and to get the best results from competitive people. It is a leadership practice to help
employees develop themselves and their work, knowledge and skills. Many jobs are being
pursued around the world to manage their employees. The goal of development and training
is to improve employees in what they do. This program helps improve their staff leads to
greater commitment, efficiency and reliability of the company.

This report focuses on a brief overview of human resource management, followed by BD


Finance as their operating procedures improve their market performance and their quality.
How follow the process to find the right skills. This comprehensive review is based on my
departure to work in the human capital company of BD Finance Company Limited.

In my statement I have tried to support all human services, operations and policies of the BD
financial company, seeing their mistakes by dragging them back and offering some advice
that can help improve their situation.

1.1 Introduction

The human resource of an organization is considered to be more competitive and profitable


than that of the candidate because he is passionate about the organization; it is used as a
campaign against by organizations to expand its business and increase business further. Thus,
the challenges of any organization depend on human resources, rights and practices that
affect the job satisfaction of employees. Policies are created by the organization to develop a
good decision form as part of the system. Supports and influences the performance,
relationships, services and activities of organizations. It defines the rules, values and
procedures to guide and manage certain issues involving people and technology.

Human rights law is the set of authorizations and guidelines that companies develop in the
form of hiring, training, measuring and remunerating social workers. These rules once

1.2 Objective of the study

Based on two objectives I have prepared this report.

Primary Objective:

The main objective of this report is to provide the necessary information on the recruitment
procedures followed by BD Finance Company Limited through the Human Resources and
Recommendations department.

Secondary Objective:

 To analyze overall HR practice on that organization.


 To analyze overall HR Policies On that organization.

 To relate the theoretical knowledge with the real life experience of the Recruitment &
Selection process of BD Finance Company Limited.

1.3 Methodology of the study

This learning process takes place in a process ranging from the selection of a course to the
final report writing process. The key is to identify and collect information; they have been
identified, analyzed, interpreted and applied to identify key concepts. A general set of
procedures used in the study is described below.

2.1 Historical Background of BD Finance Company Limited:

Bangladesh Financial and Investment Corporation Limited (BD Financial) started its business
in 1999 with the main goal of manufacturing the country by providing loans and after-sales
operations for other financial services. The Company was authorized by the Bank of Thailand
to become a financial company under the Financial Conduct Act 1993 on December 22, 1999
and listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange in September 6, 2007 and listed on the Chittagong
Stock Exchange on August 28, 2007. Dividend Investments consists of well-known
companies, well-known companies and individuals. In ten years BD Financial has emerged as
one of the nation’s leading financial companies, with the financial resources to provide its
clients with cash. BD Financial has evolved into a new manufacturer of financial solutions
and is now able to supply financial products according to the needs of its customers. BD
Financial welcomes greater involvement in Bangladesh construction industry by introducing
all financial products under one roof to meet customer needs.

3.1 HR Policies of BD Finance Company Limited
Human resources policies are the instructions and authorized indications that companies
have established to hire, train, evaluate and reward the collaborators of their staff. These
policies once organized and dispersed in one form that is simply used, can help anticipate
several misinterpretations between staff and owners about their privileges and
responsibilities in the organization. Human resources practices suggest the usual way of
operations and performance, translating the idea into action and information about how
something is commonly done. In modest terms, it is about applying principles or
procedures. Some approaches applied by the HR department are termed "best practices,"
which means that the technique that is touched by an occupational exploit is the way
suggested according to HR specialists.

3.2 HR Policy

Human resource policy is the guidelines and consent that companies are designed to
employ, inform, measure and reward their stakeholders. These rules, once set up and
broken down into an easy-to-use tool, can serve many hopes inaccurate information
between employees and owners about their rights and responsibilities in the organization.

Human rights are the rules and procedures that companies are designed to employ, inform,
evaluate and reward members of their profession. These policies, when established and
enacted in simplified form, can lead to many misunderstandings between employees and
employers about their rights and duties in the organization. Advocacy for Human Rights
deals with the development of practices and behaviours, the definition of action strategies
and the knowledge of certain actions. Inside simple terms, it is to apply principles or rules.
Some of the terms used by staff in a community office are referred to as "best practices",
which means that the work ethic has been adopted in accordance with the

3.3 Human Resource policy

 Nationality: All employees shall be Bangladeshi Nationals.

 Age: No persons shall be appointed to the service of the company who is below 20
years of age and above 35 years of age in respect of direct fresh recruitment. The age
limit shall be relaxed for lateral entry.

 Relation: Members of the direct family of any BD Finance employee will not be
encouraged to hold any position in the company, unless otherwise decided by the
management.

 Collection of CV: CV for different positions may be collected through-


 Advertise the opening of the position through newspaper ads in major national
/ local newspapers (maximum in 2 n.) And / or publish the opening of the

 Publication of the opening position on the BD Finance website.

 Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation

 Liability to Transfer: An employee will be responsible for services anywhere in


Bangladesh or elsewhere where the Company may request the employee to
execute. The transfer includes the transfer from one post office to another, from
one branch to another and from one department to another.

 Liability to perform any Work: An employee is obliged to perform and perform


the duties of his function and must devote all his time and attention to those duties
or other duties which he is obliged to perform. An employee must at all times
follow the legal orders and instructions of the Company, its duly authorized
superiors or any other employee to whom the Company has delegated the authority
to issue orders and instructions.

 Other General Guidelines of the Policy:


 The employment verification will begin after the final selection of the
candidate and the cost, if any, will be borne by the company, unless
otherwise decided by the management.
 No employee may be confirmed without going through the "job selection
procedure", unless otherwise decided from management.
 "KYE" is an ongoing process. Post-employment control will be governed
by BD finance's "Warning Policy".

 BD Finance Company’s HR Vision:

development meet. BD Financial continues to develop and implement appropriate
human rights policies and practices to develop its employees and to provide them with
the best possible services to achieve the goals of the company. . Because our human

The selection of external recruits consists of the following steps

 If we can do these effectively & efficiently, the proper development of HR & better
quality of life of our people may be expected & this in turn can move forward the

 The time to prepare a feasibility report should be followed strictly
 Works should be equally distributed among the employee.
 Computer system has already been installed but more internet facilities to be introduced
 Evaluation of candidates while recruiting should be more competency based &
evaluator’s accountability should be increased.

BD Finance Company is one of the fastest growing non-profit financial institutions in


Bangladesh. The company's management team consists of qualified, experienced and well-
executed leaders, which has enabled the company to continue to grow and prosper year by
year. Human resources and recruitment teams are plentiful for other top companies. BD
Finance Company always seeks the best and this is the reason for analyzing the discussion,
because the previous discussion eliminates the risk of self-harm and leads to Hire honest
