This is in relation to the mandate of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the
submission of original and alternate electronic mail addresses and mobile numbers pursuant to SEC
Memorandum Circular No. 28, series of 2020.

Please be informed that in accordance with the Notice issued by the SEC on 28 December 2020, the SEC
has extended the deadline for corporations, associations, partnerships, and individuals under its
jurisdiction and supervision to comply with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, series of 2020, without
penalty, to 22 FEBRUARY 2021.

The online submission (via MC28_S2020@sec.gov.ph) of forms/notices must be done on or before 22

February 2021. The filing of the hard copies (may be done via submission/appointment to ICTD-ERMD
Receiving Unit, utilization of courier services or PhilPost) of the forms/notices shall be optional.
