c- FILM TRANSFER IMAGING PROCESS from 3D Systems

c -1. Principle
The F.T.I. technology exploits, on the one hand, a
photopolymerizable resin deposited on a film and
on the other hand a DLP projector to illuminate
each layer of resin. The parts are built from top to
bottom.
The machine is one of the 3D printers
installed in design offices to obtain physical
models quickly and cheaply. The capacity of the
process is limited by the resolution and power of
DLP projectors.
