FIELD DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT – EAST JAVA

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Conducting 20 trial minimum 80 % conclusive results per year good

maintenance and communication with farmer collaboration.
2. Manage days to days activity in the field trial protection include searching
locations, assessment and reporting
3. Creatively Initiative to maintenance trial and have sense of belonging to the
trial
4. Being support agents in areas of: product stewardship, regulatory science,
and smallholder farming
5. As locomotive in term of implementation safety in area representative

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: University Degree preferably Agriculture

2. Good knowledge of pesticide, pest, disease, weed and crop management
3. Good analytical thinking and fast learner
4. Able to work independently and in team
5. Proficient in English (Written and oral) and computer (MS Office)
6. Willing to relocate base on season of trial
