ABC Infotech is pleased to offer you the position of ( E n t e r D e s i g n a t i o n) in our
organization with terms discussed in person. You will be reporting to the ( E nt e r
D e s i g n a t i o n ) .  We would like you to join us by ( E n t e r D a t e ) .
 
You will submit the following documents at the time of joining.
  Copy of Last Mark sheet / LC / TC
  Copy of Experience and Relieving Letter of all previous employers (As applicable).
  Copy of Aadhar Card
  Copy of Address / Residence Proof
  Two passport size photograph
 
Please note that we will not be able to process your joining if the documents are incomplete and not
received at the date of joining. So please ensure that all the documents are submitted at the date
and time of joining.
You have to serve 3 Months notice period before leaving the Organization or approve your
resignation for early relief.
After discontinuing from this company, you cannot join any other company which is a competitor of
our company, failing which legal action will be initiated against you.
Your appointment is subject to and shall be fully and totally bound by the HR Policies of the
Company, framed and amended from time to time.
