submitted our static IP address, and signed the contract form for yearly subscription in one of
your journals. But the contents of the journal are still inaccessible for us. Our college is not on
both Athens and Shibboleth login for institutional access, when I signed using the colleges
Springer account is asks for payment. Please help as soon as possible.
