BUSINESS VERTICALS IN PEARSON EDUCATION

-Our primary point of Contact is Mahima who is the Brand manager for Pearson
Education. She is primarily responsible for overall digital brand reputation
management online, she liaisons with a digital agency to track consumer sentiment
and respond & trouble shoot PR issues related to the brand.

-The verticals mentioned above has a product manager for each subcategory of
products & services

- Mahima , being the BM is not directly responsible for Service, F/B and messaging,
however she wants to change over from a Meltwater subscription, so now their
concern is for Brand Social and we listening
