 OBE, December 2020 related information would be communicated to your official

email address (as filled in the google form) only. Strictly avoid using email
forwarding option in your official email address.

ओबीई, दिसंबर 2020 से संबंधित जानकारी केवल आपके आधिकाररक ईमेल पते
(जैसे कक Google फॉमम में भरी गई) से संप्रेषित की जाएगी। अपने आधिकाररक
ईमेल पते में ईमेल षवकल्प का उपयोग करने से सख्ती से बचें ।

 Only one email id is allowed per student.

 The students are requested to check their official email address and the Department
website (http://physics.du.ac.in) regularly to update themselves regarding the
examination related information.

छात्ोों से अनुरोध है तक िे अपने आतधकाररक ईमेल पिे और तिभाग की िेबसाइट

(http://physics.du.ac.in) को तनयतमि रूप से परीक्षा से सोंबोंतधि जानकारी के बारे में
अपडे ट करने के तलए िे खें।

 Also, the students are advised to keep their official email account with enough
storage space.

साथ ही, छात्रों को सलाह िी जाती है कक वे अपने आधिकाररक ईमेल खाते को

पयामप्त संग्रहण स्थान के साथ रखें ।

 OBE, December 2020, would be conducted through a separate and new Google
classroom, for which the links (for each of the Ist and IIIrd semester courses under
old syllabus (2009) will be sent to the students and they are asked to activate it
immediately. Otherwise, examination related information would not be received
by those students, who didn’t activate the links.

ओबीई, तिसोंबर 2020, एक अलग और नए Google कक्षा के माध्यम से सोंचातलि तकया

जाएगा, तजसके तलए तलों क (प्रत्येक के तलए प्रथम और िृिीय सेमेस्टर पाठ्यक्रम पुराने
पाठ्यक्रम के िहि (2009) छात्ोों को भेजे जाएों गे और उन्हें इसे सतक्रय करने के तलए कहा
गया है िु रोंि। अन्यथा, परीक्षा सोंबोंधी जानकारी उन छात्ोों को प्राप्त नहीों होगी, तजन्होोंने तलों क
को सतक्रय नहीों तकया था।

 On the given date and time of the exam, question papers would be uploaded through
this classroom and also a copy of the same will be sent to your official email address
(as mentioned by you in the google form). The students are encouraged to
download the question paper and upload the answer sheets in the same classroom
 only. A copy of your answer script file should also be sent to the department
through email (examination@physics.du.ac.in).

परीक्षा की िी गई तारीख और समय पर, प्रश्नपत्र इस कक्षा के माध्यम से अपलोड

ककए जाएंगे और उसी की एक प्रतत आपके आधिकाररक ईमेल पते पर भी भेजी
जाएगी (जैसा कक उनके द्वारा Google प्रपत्र में उल्लेख ककया गया है )। छात्रों को
केवल एक ही कक्षा में प्रश्न पत्र डाउनलोड करने और उत्तर पस्ु स्तकाएं अपलोड
करने के ललए प्रोत्सादहत ककया जाता है । आपकी उत्तर स्स्िप्ट फाइल की एक प्रतत
भी षवभाग को ईमेल (examination@physics.du.ac.in) के माध्यम से
भेजी जानी चादहए।

 No other mode of communication will be allowed for examination related issues.

 The students (using the smart phones for downloading/uploading/scanning

purposes), are asked to install the free ADOBE PDF scanner app (available in the
Google play store) and get familiar with it.

छात्रों को (डाउनलोड / अपलोड / स्कैतनंग प्रयोजनों के ललए स्माटम फोन का उपयोग

करके), मफ्
ु त ADOBE पीडीएफ स्कैनर ऐप (गग
ू ल प्ले स्टोर में उपलब्ि) स्थाषपत
करने और इसके साथ पररधचत होने के ललए कहा जाता है ।

 All answer sheets should be scanned properly and combined into a single PDF file
and named in the following manner:
Roll number_student’s_name_course_code
For example, Vikram verma with roll number 1624009 is writing the classical
mechanics paper (course code is PHYS-401), then the file name should be
1624009_VikramVerma_PHYS401
 सभी उत्तर पु स्तिकाओों को ठीक से स्कैन करके एक एकल पीडीएफ फाइल में जोडा जाना
चातहए और तनम्नतलस्तखि िरीके से नातमि तकया जाना चातहए:

 Each student must upload ONLY ONE PDF file (containing all the answers) per
exam.

प्रत्येक छात्र को प्रतत परीक्षा केवल एक पीडीएफ फाइल (सभी उत्तरों से यक्

अपलोड करनी होगी।

 Avoid scanning the answer sheets into jpg/tiff/png files and then converting them
into pdf format (which increases the file size)

उत्तर पस्ु स्तकाओं को jpg / tiff / png फाइलों में स्कैन करने से बचें
(स्जससे फाइल का आकार बढ़ जाता है )

 While sending the answer sheet file via email, the subject field/line should contain
the following information.

ईमेल के माध्यम से उत्तर पस्ु स्तका फाइल भेजते समय, षविय क्षेत्र / लाइन में
तनम्नललखखत जानकारी होनी चादहए।
