never faced such a collection of dynamic and fast changing future. Today we
are announcing our “Restructuring plans” to accelerate our transformation to
better meet our long term growth ambitions. By doing this, we will become
even more customer focused and digitally enabled company that will lead
with innovation and purpose.

Finding and retaining the right talent is critical to our current and future
success. And while we continue to define the roles and responsibilities we
need now and in the future, we also need to identify competencies that we
need less of. This difficult but necessary decision is part of the continued
reshaping of our company as we prepare to redefine and simplify the
operating model. Consolidation and rationalization is the key in the “New
Normal” business scenario.

Restructuring and reduction is part of the ongoing realignment of our

company's operations in line with our long-term ambitions and need for
structural cost management, the coronavirus pandemic has enhanced the
pertinence of the measures being announced today. The coronavirus
pandemic is affecting us in the short term, but we expect volumes and
growth to return, so we need to continue investing in our ongoing
transformation and new business areas, by streamlining our resources and
effectively managing structural modifications.

Change can be difficult but it's necessary if we want to remain competitive

and achieve our ambitions to lead. We will meet the challenges set by our
fast-approaching future. We aim to optimize hierarchies and become agile in
our decision making and execution. Our responsibilities as a company – and
