At Kaavo, we go directly to the source and find the prod-
uct most suitable for your needs.

We work with farmers to ensure that they follow a stan-


dard of hygiene and ethically farm the animals. We
check the breed and lineage of the animals to assure
meat quality and safety.

Once the meat arrives at our facility, the meat checked before being bro-
ken down into different cuts as per the customer’s requirement. Each product
is made from different specific cuts which enhance the product and allow it
to achieve its full potential.

per product to achieve optimum flavor.
