The manufacturing process consists of the following (1) RECEIPT OF RAW MATERIALS: ‘The raw materials received from the supplier are stored in the respective containers which has highly advanced technical inputs for the proper maintenance ef flour through itis a perishable product. There after the raw-materials are taken tothe assembly along withthe milk and then production process stars (2) ME In this process all ingredients like flour, fat, sugar ec.,are put togetherin the right propertion for dough formation, The ingredients are fed into the mixers, where they are mixed property to prepare the dough, Here the dough temperature and] mixing time play an important role in the manufacturing of biscuits. These ovens also have dampers to contral moisture inside the oven section. Generally, the ovens are classified as 4 zone, 5 zone or Geane ‘ovens where length varies from 40 meter to 80 meters.
