The proposal provides a description of how Infosys need for 1,50,000 Top of the line laptops for
its workers in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum and Pune can be met by us at Dell.
We believe that the Dell Latitude Laptop that is Faster. Smarter. More responsive. The world's

with cutting-edge innovations like Express Response, Intelligent Audio and Express Sign-in.
Also, would be the best business laptop that keep your business running without any hiccups
these laptops have the capacity to undergo any computational operations.
IT heads would be doing their colleagues a favour by ordering a fleet of Latitude laptops. Thin,
relatively lightweight and with outstanding battery life, this redesign Latitude is the perfect road
warrior for those long business trips. The Latitude packs tons of power and even comes with a

Latitude 7400 Laptop
Latitude laptops are top of the line laptops which would be delivered on time without any issues.
As per your requirement the first 75,000 laptops would be delivered within the 3 months of the
date of final confirmation of the order and the remaining order of 75,000 laptops will be
delivered in two intervals that is 55,000 laptops in 50 days from the date of delivery of first
shipment and the remaining 20,000 laptops in next 40 days of the delivery date of second
shipment.
Now the customer has also requested for a buyback of laptops. First for the buyback can be
processed once the completion of the transaction has been completed between the two parties.
We are ready to buy back the old laptops for about 25% of the original price of the product
1. 40% of the amount of first shipment at the time of delivery of 1st shipment.
2. Remaining 60% of the amount of first shipment & 50% of the amount of second
shipment at the time of delivery of 2nd shipment.
3. Remaining 50% of the amount of second shipment & full payment of the 3rd shipment
after 2 weeks of 3rd shipment.
4. Buy back settlement of the existing laptops would be done after the final delivery and
final payment settlement of the new laptops.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dell-branded hardware products purchased in the U.S. or Canada may come with a 90-day, 1-
year, 2year, 3-year, 4-year, 5-year or other limited hardware warranty. Dell may offer different
delivery methods for warranty service, including but not limited to parts and product dispatches,
mail-in service and onsite/in-home service. Renewals and extensions of your limited hardware
warranty may also be available after you purchase your product(s). To determine the warranty
that came with your hardware product(s), or the warranty renewal or extension that you

Dell branded hardware products through our factory-integration system, third-party
software or the reloading of software
External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
For commercial customers (including small, medium and large business and government and
public sector customers) and resellers. This paragraph applies if you purchase dell products for
resale or for commercial or professional purposes. Dell's responsibility for defects in materials or
workmanship is limited to repair or replacement of the product as set forth in this warranty
statement. Except for the limited warranty expressly stated above for dell-branded products, dell
provides no warranties or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to any
warranty or condition
