Our FREE delivery service is available for the UK mainland only and for orders over
£70. UK Off-shore, Highlands & Islands, UK Offshore & Channel Islands are Free
over £100.

Live locally? Rather come in to collect your order from the shop? We offer a free Click
& Collect Service available for customers ordering from the following postcodes: BN /
TN / GU / RH / PO / ME

UK Standard Delivery - Just £3.99

UK Orders with a total below £70 will be shipped to reach the customer within 2-3
working days depending on the service ordered and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at
your delivery address, otherwise it may mean collecting from your local UPS depot or Post Office, which occasionally may be
some distance away.

Please consider this when deciding where to have your goods sent. Your work address is normally a good alternative. We use
UPS couriers for all orders over £150 and items over 2kg. Everything else Royal Mail 48 or International Tracked & Signed

We endeavour to ship orders placed before 2pm the same day, but at busy periods this is not always possible.

Express Delivery From Just £5.99

UK only. Next day delivery means the next working day and does not include weekend days. Orders requiring this service must
be placed by 2pm.

Next day delivery does not include weekend days only the next working day. Saturday deliveries are shipped on Fridays only.

Worldwide Delivery - From Just £9.99

We use UPS couriers for all orders over £150 and items over 2kg. Everything else
(Except Ski Poles) is sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed to ship to the
following countries:

France, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Greece,

Returns Policy
Non-faulty items:
Must be sent back in their original unused condition within 28 days of the delivery date. Once received, we will offer an
exchange or a full refund as required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Please
supply a copy of your invoice/receipt in the parcel. Items returned outside of the 28 day period, will be dealt with on an
individual basis, in which Snow Labs discretion will be used. If the late item return is accepted, it will incurr a 20% re-
stocking/admin fee. Items returned over 28 days can only be exchanged for a credit note or store voucher.
Please note the following exception - Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s
specifications or are clearly personalised cannot be accept back e.g. non-faulty skis that have been drill mounted with
bindings to a specific boot length

Faulty items:
Are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and
some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the
goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Please Note: Goods returned from orders placed outside of the UK will not have their postage charges refunded just the cost of
the goods.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14
days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical
possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by post: Snow Lab UK Ltd, Knockhatch Ski
Centre, Hailsham Bypass, Hailsham, East Sussex, BN273GD or by email shop@snowlab.co.uk of your decision to cancel this
contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is
not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of
the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for
the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered
by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of
unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have
expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold
reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever
is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14
days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back
the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only
liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature,
characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised such as a pair of
skis that have been drilled for the purpose of mounting a binding.
