2. DURATION
How long will this arrangement last? (You can always renew the agreement)

4. DOMINANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
What does the Dominant agree to provide?
Dominant’s responsibilities: Mientras esté en la isla dormirás todas las noches en mi villa. Te
entrenaré, te aconsejaré a la vez que te acogeré y te respetaré siempre, tanto a ti como sumiso
como a tu proceso de entrenamiento.
Examples: a safe environment for play, all equipment, food, accommodation, emotional support,
training.

5. AVAILABILITY OF SUB TO DOMINANT

When does the arrangement apply?
Times:
Examples: 24/7, only on weekends.

6. SUBMISSIVE’S BEHAVIOR
How may/must the sub act toward the Dominant and others?
Etiquette & Protocols: En horario de trabajo deberás ser profesional, siempre y con todos. Tu
actitud es un reflejo de tu Maestra y de tu aprendizaje. En público no quiero que me trates
diferente que a ninguno de tus clientes porque yo también estaré trabajando seguramente.
Not allowed: En privado no puedes mirarme a los ojos a menos de que yo lo indique. Si quieres
hablar y no te he hecho una pregunte o estamos teniendo una conversación deberás empezar
pidiéndome permiso. No puedes tocarme. No puedes sentarte a menos de que yo te dé permiso y
si estamos los dos sentados, si yo me levanto tú también te levantas. Me pedirás permiso para ir
al baño o para ir a cualquier sitio donde no pueda verte a menos de que te indique lo contrario.

7. COMMUNICATION
Methods of communicating with the Dominant and others?
Communication rules: Una comunicación honesta y directa es crucial para el entrenamiento.
Siempre que tengas dudas, siempre que te pida que hables, siempre responderás con honestidad
y tratarás de ser lo más asertivo posible y yo siempre atenderé tus preguntas sin castigarte por
ellas.
Examples: discussing the relationship and the rules is always permitted, only with permission,
email only, though a journal.

8. SUB’S RESPONSIBILITIES
What does the sub agree to provide?
sub’s responsibilities:
Examples: domestic servitude, sexual servitude, foot massages, daily chores, chauffeuring.

9. SCOPE OF ARRANGEMENT
What is the sub willing to give control over? Is the submission sexual/servitude or both? Is it a
total power exchange?
Areas sub is giving control over:
Areas free of control:
Examples: genitals, sexual slavery, clothing & dress, hair style & length, domestic chores, diet &
exercise, work.

10. SUBMISSIVE’S VETO

Does the submissive have a right to say ‘no’ to commands? If so, when?
Circumstances of Veto power:
Examples: when the sub is concerned for her/his safety, when in public.

11. EXCLUSIVITY
How exclusive is the arrangement?
May others be involved?
If yes, how? Durante el entrenamiento trabajas en Basdan así que es imposible e inmoral que me
prometas exclusividad. Yo sin embargo sí te la prometo. No estoy valorando ni valoraré a nadie
más para ser mi esclavo. No entrenaré a nadie más hasta que este entrenamiento haya terminado.
No aceptaré transferencias de poder con nadie más y te aseguro que tendrás toda mi atención
durante el proceso.
Examples: monogamous relationship only, open relationship, threesomes only, Dom may/may
not have other lovers/subs, open to polyamory. Introduction of any new person must be
discussed beforehand.

 12. ACTIVITIES & LIMITS
What are your respective likes, areas of interest and soft and hard limits? What do these mean to
you?
A soft limit means: Example: an activity that I may consider after more
research/discussion/negotiation.
A hard limit means:Example: an activity that is never permitted.

Dominant’s areas of interest/likes: Dolor extremo físico y psicológico, rituales y protocolo.

Dominant’s soft limits: Bondage y cualquier forma de ataduras físicas.
Dominant’s hard limits: Exhibicionismo, drogas, prostitución y dominación económica.

13. SAFE WORDS

What are your safe words and signals? Explain what is to happen once a safe word or signal is
called.
Safe word for slow down: Example: “Yellow”
Safe word for stop:Example: “Red”
Safe signal for slow down:Example: “squishing a squeaky toy”
Safe signal for stop:Example: “Dropping object held in hand”

Example: If I use a slow down safe word/signal, please check in with me. If I use a stop safe
word/signal, all activity must stop immediately.

14. PUNISHMENT
How may the Dominant punish the sub for misbehaving?

Examples: flogging, corner time, loss of privileges, additional chores, figging.

15. COLLAR
Will the sub have a collar? What kind? When must the collar be worn?
Collar rules: Con el contrato te entrego el collar de entrenamiento que lo llevarás siempre en mi
presencia y en privado a menos de que yo te lo quite. Me lo ofrecerás de rodillas con la cabeza
mirando al suelo y cogiéndolo con las dos manos cada vez que vuelvas del trabajo. Cuando
tengas que irte te pondrás de rodillas de nuevo con la cabeza hacia abajo para que te lo quite.
Nunca tocará el suelo a menos de que yo lo indique y siempre estará guardado en una caja
mientras no lo estés usando. Si no estoy en Basdan el collar tienes que llevarlo cuando estés en
tu habitación o en la residencia siempre que sea posible.

 Example: the submissive will have a training collar only. At the end of this training, the

How must the parties refer to each other?
Dominant’s name/title in public: Señora Grayle
In private: Maestra Grayle

Sub’s name/title in public: Ochenta y dos

Examples: “Sir”, “Mistress”, "Baby Girl", “Peter”, “alex”.

17. CONFIDENTIALITY
Are the parties required to keep this arrangement confidential at all times? What about photos,
videos of the parties?
Rules of confidentiality: Como todo lo que ocurre en los Paraísos es confidencial esto me parece
redundante pero si necesitas hablar con tu amiga Abi sobre el entrenamiento o sobre mí lo
entenderé. Aun así, espero que no vayas alardeando o llorando de nada de lo que ocurra entre
nosotros. Esta relación es entre tú y yo. Y ese es el objetivo final.
Example: the parties must never disclose anything related to this arrangement to others.

18. ALTERATION
What are the rules about making changes to the arrangement?
Rules of alteration: Si necesitamos cambiar las normas nos sentaremos, discutiremos sobre los
cambios y los añadiremos al contrato.
Example: any change must be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.

19. SWITCHING
Is switching allowed and if so, what are the rules?
Rules of switching: No estoy interesada en cambiar los roles. No mientras estés en fase de
entrenamiento al menos.
Example: the Dominant may require a switch of roles during any scene.

20. TERMINATION
Who may terminate? What happens once the arrangement comes to an end?
Rules of termination: Como todo entrenamiento puede tener momentos duros y de pérdida de fe.
No me gusta poner ningún tipo de atadura pero considero que es importante esperar al menos
24h desde el momento en el que se plantea dejarlo hasta que se tome la decisión. Así evitaremos
reacciones exageradas por un entrenamiento fuerte o un malentendido. Si después de esas 24h
las posturas no han cambiado ni se ha llegado a un acuerdo, el contrato quedará anulado.
Example: either party may terminate the arrangement at any time. The parties may reenter the
arrangement if they so desire.

 21. PLANNING/NEGOTIATING SCENES
Who is responsible for planning scenes? How will the parties negotiate scenes?
Rules for scene negotiation: En principio del entrenamiento me encargo yo pero acepto que me
sugieras situaciones que quieras experimentar o que tengas curiosidad por vivir. Todas las
sesiones de entrenamiento serán en mi villa. Y siempre habrá un tiempo para cuidados después
de las sesiones duras y me gustaría dejar claro que me parece incluso más importante ser firmes
en esto que durante la sesión.
Example: safety, location, roles, equipment, areas of the body, pain, aftercare.

22. DISCLOSURE
Is there anything the other party should know?
Disclosures:

Maestra Ellen Grayle: He de confesar que pese a todo el entrenamiento físico y psicológico que
yo también he llevado a lo largo de los años, sigo teniendo altibajos emocionales. Es posible
aunque poco probable, que algún día seas testigo de uno de esos altibajos. Los altibajos pueden
ser ataques de ira o de tristeza. Si te digo que me dejes sola es importante que te alejes. Si ves
que no puedo levantarme de la cama no intentes levantarme. Tengo mi propio proceso y forma
de llevar mi vida y necesito que lo respetes.

Examples: sexually transmissible diseases, medical conditions, phobias, physical impairments.

23. ADDITIONAL RULES

Any other rules, terms or conditions not mentioned above?
Additional rules: El diario seguirás teniendo que llevarlo y las consignas que te di siguen estando
vigentes pero pueden cambiar según vaya el entrenamiento.
Examples: list of daily chores/activities, maintaining a journal, process for resolving conflicst.
