ARTICLE 8 Access

a. Lessee shall be given ingress and egress to and from the leased premises during
daytime only between 8am to 5pm and after securing approval from the lessor. If lessee needs to
access the leased premises not within the agreed time period, the lessee shall provide valid
reason for its intent to access its leased premise area.

ARTICLE 10 Use of Leased Premises


b. Lessee shall have sole use of the leased premises within the bounds shown in the
submitted and approved drawings provided by Smart.
c. Lessee shall have among others the right to install telecommunication equipment
and structure based on the submitted and approved drawings provided by Smart. Any additional
or deviation from the submitted documents shall require the approval of the lessor prior to its
introduction and installation.

ARTICLE 14 Termination

ARTICLE 15 Return of Leased Premises

provided by the lessee to the lessor after repair and restoration works prior to its withdrawal of

ARTICLE 17 Insurance
a. The lessee shall provide the lessor an insurance coverage for the entire duration of
the lease period in the amount of ______ in case of damages to the building caused by natural
catastrophe or manmade faults/errors.
b. Comprehensve General Liability Insurance or Contractor’s All Risk Insurance
covering 1 year shall be provided by the contractor to the lessor prior to its construction works.
