-:Case study about hernia
Sami is (40) years old, man admitted to third surgical ward in Baghdad
Teaching Hospital he has past history suffering from weakness of abdominal
wall he working with heavy lifting now he suffer from severe abdominal
pain, abnormal bulging in the right inguinal region and constipation ​Severity
of pain was rated 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, with one being no pain and 10
being the most pain possible​.
Vital signs are: Temp:- 38° c; HR 82, B/P 112/70; Resp. 20 and shallow.
Lung auscultation.
Patient height=170 cm, Weight= 80 kg

Q1:-Answer the following?


1- What is the medical diagnosis of this case?
2- What are the types of this case according to area?

A- Assess for respiratory status?
B- Avoid flexion at the waist in positioning the patient?
C- Measures for scrotal edema or swelling (daily weight)?
