    District in the Central Province of Zambia, do hereby confirm that Mr. Derrick Chabala (NRC
    No. 279844/16/1) is a bona fide owner of property in my village and now seeks to drill a
    borehole on the said property. I am aware of the intended development and have no objection
    to it.

    I do hereby grant approval for him to proceed with this important development.
