your face and speking openly my mind cause me troubles , by creating many conflicts , but I
am proud of me because I am always telling what I belive , I am an honest person.

making a sound. Unlike some forms of nonverbal communication, facial expressions are
universal. The facial expressions for happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, and disgust are
the same for all cultures.
Body movement and posture: The way people sit, walk, stand, or hold their head has a
powerful meaning to me. This type of nonverbal communication includes posture, bearing,
stance, and the subtle movements people make
Gestures: People can wave, point, beckon, or use their hands when they argue or speak ,
often express themselves with gestures without thinking. the meaning of some gestures can
be very different across cultures. While the YES,OK sign made with the head, for example,
conveys a positive message in Romania, it’s consider negative in Bulgaria.
Eye contact: The visual sense is dominant for most people, eye contact is an important
type of nonverbal communication for me too. The way someone look at someone can
communicate many things, such as interest, affection, hostility, or attraction. Eye contact is
also important in maintaining the conversation.
