Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 4 pills daily, first thing in the morning. Preferably on an
empty stomach with one glass of water (or about 15-20 minutes before breakfast). For an additional boost
in sexual performance, desire and hardness, you may take an additional 2 pills, 3-4 hours before sexual
activity. Do not exceed 8 pills daily.

You can also "split" the dosoages in half, but take it two-times daily. Such as first thing in the morning and
early afternoon. But do not take it late in the day or before bed, because the boost in testosterone may give
extra energy and make sleeping more difficult.

It’s best to “cycle” this product and take 2 days off, every week or a total of 7 days off every month.
Depending on your desired results, you may need to adjust the dosages upward or downward.
