Fabric Requirements:

Blue – 3 yards

Yellow – 2 2/3 yards

Peach – 2/3 yard

Light Peach – 1/3 yard

Binding – 3/4 yard

Cutting Instructions:

From the yellow fabric, cut:

(4) 18 1/2″ x 18 1/2″ squares

(4) 19″ x 19″ squares for big half square triangles

(4) 18 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ rectangles

From the blue fabric, cut:


(4) 18 1/2″ x 18 1/2″ squares

(4) 19″ x 19″ squares for big half square triangles

(4) 18 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ rectangles

(4) 10″ x 10″ squares for small half square triangles

From the peach fabric, cut:

(8) 10″ x 10″ squares for small half square triangles

From the light peach fabric, cut:

(4) 10″ x 10″ squares for small half square triangles

Assembly:

Draw a diagonal line from corner to corner on the backside of each of the
yellow half square triangle (HST) 19″ squares and peach HST 10″ squares.

For each set, lay the marked square on the unmarked square of the same
size, right sides together. Assemble as follows:

4 Yellow and 4 Blue 19″ squares yields 8 HSTs.


4 Peach and 4 Blue 10″ squares yields 8 HSTs.
4 Peach and 4 Lt. Peach 10″ squares yields 8 HSTs.

Sew a 1/4″ seam on each side of the diagonal line.

Cut on the diagonal line.

Press the half square triangles and trim evenly to 18 1/2″ for the big HST and
9 1/2” for the small HST.

Following the diagram below, sew the sections together and the sections into
a quilt!
