RE: Letter of Intent to Rent Commercial Space

Good day!

I am writing to formally express my intent to lease your property located at The commercial
space available on the first floor of your establishment is most suitable for my desired business,
a Korean Grocery, in terms of size as well as location.

With this, I would also like to respectfully request for an exclusivity agreement in line with my
nature of business, that no other Korean Grocery shall be permitted to lease in your
establishment.

Please advise on the requirements that I need to further comply with in order to proceed with
this agreement.
