him for support

✗ Domestic helpers or persons
in personal service of another
✗ Workers paid by results

8 HOURS OF WORK
Includes 20-minute rest period PLUS
1-hour non-compensable meal break

OVERTIME
Voluntary and beyond the 8 hours

ANY EXCEPTIONS?
✔ War OR other national/
local emergency
✔ Prevent loss of life/property OR
imminent danger to public safety

NIGHT SHIFT
From 10PM to 6AM, there must be
night shift differential pay of 10%

REST DAY
After 6 consecutive work days,
there must be a rest period
of at least 24 hours
