Format in writing the Background of the Study

Basically an overview of the research study, and explains why you as researchers, are doing the study.

4 paragraphs:

1. Trends – this part is where you are going to put/cite articles, journals, newspaper, magazines or
studies about your research
2. Issues – these are the issues / problems mentioned on the trend part
3. Claim – what is your stand about your topic
4. Gap – this is where you are going to write the possible problems that you might encounter as a
researcher.
