Instructions: Identify the processes that are present in the writing situations given.

1. A group of advertisers met to discuss the design of a brochure. The secretary took notes ad
they talked, and wrote a version of it for their next meeting. After she presented what she did
to her colleagues, she incorporated their comments and presented the final version of the
brochure in another meeting. Then she submitted it for printing.

2. After Grace received the email from her boss, she thought about how she would reply. She
wrote down the key points she wants emphasized, and typed her answer. After reading it
through, she decided to rearrange the way she presented her case. Then she found some
mistakes and changed them. She then hit the send button.

3. “For days, he had been carrying the image in his brain. He let the words flow through his dad
so that when he came to write the story he did it at one sitting and sent it straight off to his
publisher—who did not change one word of it.”
