1. Prof. Jagdish Jadhav ji is did the session into three parts i.e., Metta, Karuna and Vipassana.
2. He explain the good relationship between teacher and students
3. He given details about the Bubbha teaching for the society

5. He talk about the good personality and humanity in the society.
6. He started quotation of Dhammapada “ Rare is birth as human being. Hard is life of mortals”
7. A great words “do not let slip this opportunity”.
8. A great words said by Buddha “No matter how hard the past. You can always begin again”.
9. He has discuss about the Metta mean that happiness of living being without expectation.
10. He explain the wonderfully story between old man and professor.

25. It is the important techniques use in the ancient time.
26. It means vi- pali- yathbhut, as it is , passana – to see
27. It is rediscovered by gotama Buddha 2500 year ago and it taken as remedy for universal ills.
28. It is uses for the self – transformation through self observation.
29. It need deep interconnection between mind and body with physical attention.
30. He also explain that mental impurity, balanced mind, love and effection.
31. He great guru name as Siddharth Goutam Budhha, Saya Thetgvi, Sayagavi U Ba Khin and Shri
Satya Narayan guru.
32. He describe about the noble eightfold path with diagram structure which explain eight fold
path factors for the individual or teacher or student to be follow.
33. There eight path factors are right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right
mindfulness, right concentration, right concentration, right view, and right resolve.
34. Final ten parmi will help us for day to day life as generosity, morality, renunciation, wisdom,
Engergy, patience tolerance, truthfulness , determination, loving kindness and equanimity.
