implementation, business process improvements, new or innovative systems designs, introducing a new
product line/new segment/new system, community extension, livelihood programs, new business or
economic activity.

Task #2: Create a Task List

In order to realize this task, based on your proposed project, make a list of tasks by formulating a Work
Breakdown Schedule.

Task #3: Budget Proposal

Based on you Task List (as accomplished in Task #2), Make a Budget Proposal and determine where the
funds will be coming from in order to support financially the project.

Task #4: Make a Project Schedule

Using Gantt Chart, Make a Project Schedule and if possible be specific on the tasks and be particular on
the timeframe. Further, identify the key performance indicators for each task being illustrated in your
tasks list.

Task #5: Program Evaluation and Review Technique

Based on your project schedule, Create a Network Diagram through the use of Program Evaluation
Review Technique or PERT-CPM.
Task #6: Risk Management Plan

After creating the project schedule with a corresponding network diagram, kindly present your risk
management plan or contingency plan if project will not work as planned.
