About 3 weeks ago i ordered a giant dinosaur toy and i am very dissatisfied with your services.

The dinosaur I ordered should have been a birthday present for a small boy. The worst point is that
promised 2 weeks delivery actually took 3 weeks after a payment was made which was far too late and that
is only one of various problems. As in the description all eyes should be lighting, it should growl and stamp
but it does not. No sound is coming from this toy, only one eye is lighting and it does not stamp. Description
guarantees 2 batteries included, but in package i found only one. For a massive drawback I was left with no
present at all.

With that quality of your services I am not willing to exchange. Refund would be the best option, and
postage charges shoud be on you.
