RE : REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION OF PROJECT

Dear __________:

I am writing this to formally manifest my request for the DPWH to suspend

the implementation of the Project ______________ due to the dangers brought
about by flooding within the area which threatens the integrity and
feasibility of the said project directly affecting the population within the
immediate area as well as the potential loss of taxpayers’ money.

While we remain to be a committed partner of DPWH in building

establishments and infrastructures for the improvement of the general
public, it is with great respect that we suggest that the suspension of the
said project will be in the best interests of the people.

It has come to our attention that the location of the aforementioned project
is prone to flooding. By reason thereof, we are all aware that such risk is not
worth taking considering the valuable resources as well as danger to human
lives.

Thus, we respectfully request that he said project be suspended until such

time that a more suitable, sustainable, and reliable location is found.
