My healthy lifestyle

First and foremost, a healthy lifestyle is a very


effective way to maintain health and reduce the
risk of illnes.
My healthy lifestyle is a regular one, because i
recently started a small diet. Every day and very
meal that l eat must be weighed, because whatis
too much spoils. I made a weekly schedule of
what to eat at each hour and at each snack. For a
healthy lifestyle, sleep hours should also be
considered. For example, I goto bed around 10-11
and wake up at 8. Our body needs a maximum of
8 hours of sleep a night. Every day l drink 2 liters
of water, because our body needs water and it is
good for hydration. In a healthy life, sports must
be put on the list, because without sports our
body does not develop at all. Recently, l do some
maintenance exercises every morning.
