MUTUAL SELF-HELP HOUSING
is coming to an area near you!
Housing Kitsap is looking to build a new construction neighborhood in an area near you as part of the
USDA nationwide program called Mutual Self-Help Housing. With our staff guidance and the support of
the community, low-income individuals and families will build their own homes.
We lead our homebuilder-buyers the whole way from securing the home loan through the construction
process to move-in throughout Kitsap County and Mason County. No experience necessary!
