Fast Start Guide: Publishing Your “Done For You” Book 
Congratulations on getting your “Done For You” book!  There is no other feeling in the world as 
being a published author and now you are on your way! Here are three simple ways to get started 
with your book:  

GOOD:  This book is really “done for you” and you can simply add your title and name to the front of 
it and be “done.”  Also remember to put your name on the copyright page, too.  Then proceed to the 
“Done For You Publishing” step below.  
 

BETTER:  Go through the book and personalize this book with more information about you. You 
can add an “About the Author” section to the front, additional quotes and thoughts inside, plus a 
page or two sharing your contact information with readers and offering them a special gift at your 
website.  Publish it and use it as your “big business card.”  
 

BEST: You can also add some more sections or pieces building off the thoughts inside your Done 
For You book.  Perhaps something that is more related to your field of expertise—either some more 
inspirational information or “how‐to” information.  Just do what you’re called to do to make the 
book more of “your own” to speak to your chosen audience.  (If you want more guidance about
