Take a deep breath, inhaling and exhaling ….. while breathing(μπρ;iδιγκ) feel your whole
body relaxing everywhere …..

Imagine a waterfall (γουότερφολ)of white light coming from above you, surrounding your
whole body and protecting you ….. Look at it, feel it and it will become a reality …..

Now feel the relaxation spreading (σπρεντιγκ)from the top of your head, to your neck and
shoulders(σόλντερς)……………feel your hands relaxing, your arms, your palms………….

Feel your chest area relaxing and all your internal organs that are located there……

Feel your pelvic area relaxing…… all your internal organs are self-healing……

The state of relaxation is expanding to your legs, thighs (θαις), knees, calves, feet, soles up
to your toes(τόουζ)…..

With every breath you are taking, you are relaxing even more…. Every sound you are
hearing helps you go deeper ……

Now focus on your heart …. Imagine that you are descending inside Mother Earth, in the
center of the Earth.

Feel the powerful energy and pull it and draw this energy inside you…. This red, burning,
powerful energy is ascending from your feet and passes through your whole body, your
stomach, chest, neck, head ….. and it comes out of it, going towards (τόουαρντς)the sky.

Now in front of you, you see a beautiful sphere σφιρ of light. See yourself going into this
sphere of light …. You are in there!!! …. Take your time and explore its colour!!!

……………………..It is your sphere ……………….

Imagine that this sphere of light is starting to ascend, higher….. and higher ,…. And even
higher ….. Wonderful….. It continues to ascend, higher and higher……

You can see through the sphere

The sphere keeps moving…….. it goes towards a beautiful and wonderful temple, Your own
temple for healing……

There you will come into contact with your guide…. The guide will help you bring to the
surface issues, thoughts and feelings you are avoiding, because they hurt you…. You want
to heal………….

You observe your temple from far away….. it has a special glow…. It emits εμίτσ a special
Light that makes you want to enter, to see it from the inside, to look around….
You leave the sphere of light outside the temple and you enter….. Your guide is there and
welcomes you…..

Now the guide leads you to a huge circular room .… the walls are made of clear purple
amethyst άμεθιστ…. The floor is also made out of amethyst crystal …. Smoother in texture,
softer and in a lighter colour than that of the wall….

On the wall there are scattered small openings from where many bright sunbeams go
through, in different shades of purple and gold and create the feeling of a magical night
with many stars that shine.

At the center of the temple there is a huge fire burning constantly…..

This is the fire of healing…. With this you will be able to heal every thought, every feeling,
everything that bothers you and weights(γουέιζ) down your soul.

Your guide is always with you, following you silently, while you wonder around the place….
Now the guide extends their hand and invites you to sit down on a wooden seat that is
close to the fire…. There you will examine what needs to be healed ….

You go closer to the guide…… and you sit with them…..

Now it’s the time to say goodbye to your guide…. Thank them for being there and for
listening to everything you had to say…..they will be there the next time you would like to
visit the Temple for healing…..
You exit the Temple and you see the beautiful sphere of Light…. You enter the sphere….
You are feeling amazing.....

Now the sphere continues its journey…. It starts ascending…. higher….and higher…. And
even higher…. It’s going towards the Universe and the stars…. You can see outside the
sphere of light…. You see amazing images… You see comets… stars… you see everything the
universe has to offer…. The nebulae νέμπουλι… the colours….the brightness…. You feel safe
and protected….

While your journey continues…. You see from afar a huge planet…. It’s the majestic Jupiter
with its majestic satellites and its unique celestial bodies that surround it…. It moves from

and satellites.
