Getting started
Your Certificate of Insurance on the next page contains all your OSHC policy details, so keep it handy.

Head to our website at www.allianzassistancehealth.com.au and select ‘Create Account’ to set up your online
account using your email address and the policy number provided in the Certificate of Insurance. You can then
login at any time to check or update your details.

There’s an app for that
Your e‐membership card is waiting for you in the My OSHC Assistant app.
You’ll need to present this e‐card at any medical appointments or if you go to hospital.

You can download the app free from the   or 

Login to the app using the same password as your online account.
The app can also help you find a nearby doctor, manage your account and even lodge a claim.

Speak to a doctor without leaving home
Allianz Global Assistance OSHC members can speak to a qualified doctor 24/7 via phone or video call, for private
medical advice on a range of health concerns, repeat prescriptions and referrals to specialists.

To use this service, visit www.doctorsondemand.com.au, click ‘Redeem a Benefit’, enter your policy number and
book a consult or request a repeat script.

The serious visa stuff
Maintaining OSHC is a requirement of your student visa.
Be aware that your OSHC policy is only valid while you hold a current eligible visa and have paid the full
premium required.
Please note that your OSHC policy will expire on the earlier of the expiry date shown on this Certificate of
Insurance, the date you leave Australia or the date you no longer hold a Student Visa.
