Course Description

This course focuses on basic principles, frameworks and models of performance management. It aims on
developing deep insight among students regarding performance management stages, types, frameworks
and techniques which are used in human resource performance management. Course will establish the
basis for major performance management skills which will improve manager’s HR skill in hyper
competition of today’s corporate world.

At the successful completion of course students will be able to

 Discuss various PM techniques which can be implemented at workplace.
 Outline the purpose and significance of performance management strategies with their implications.
